Arnold Rintzler is President of AWR Business Concepts in South Orange, New Jersey. Prior to founding AWR Business Concepts in 1993, Arnold spent 29 years in business, including 12 years as President of The Casual Woman, a chain of women’s apparel stores which he founded, grew successfully, and sold to a national apparel retailer. His senior management responsibilities also include eight years with the R.H. Macy Company and six years with Federated Department Stores, where his diverse experiences encompassed all aspects of buying, store merchandising, operations, and human resources, as well as new store planning and construction and renovations of existing stores.
Arnold has also worked directly as a consultant to principals in a wide variety of industries, including manufacturing, construction, retailing, professional and service industries. He has worked with organizations, both public and private, on management issues, process improvement, and strategic direction. As a certified facilitator for the Total Quality Institute (TQI), and Resources Associates Corporation (RAC) Arnold assists organizations and businesses to implement a holistic business approach to continuous process improvement (TQM). Working with management and staff at all levels of an organization, he has facilitated the development of strategic and business plans, marketing strategies, Leadership, Management, Sales Development skills and Employee evaluations.
Arnold has a Degree in Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh. He is a past member of the American Counseling Association, is certified in training and marketing by ASI, is a certified facilitator and affiliate of the Total Quality Institute, and is a certified affiliate and Trainer of the Resource Associate Network.
Arnold has written articles for various newspapers and business publications, been featured on radio and TV, and has given presentations to organizations and professional associations on topics including Strategic Planning, Sales Development, process management, client retention and goal development. He has been on the adjunct faculty of the Community College of Morris and The Institute for Business & Professional Development of Kean University. He is currently on the adjunct faculity Essex County Community College, He has been a presenter at the College of New Jersey and Mercer Community College.
